To ease your hiring process and help its students to quickly get in contact with professionals, KEDGE organises online job dating sessions on a regular basis. Subscriptions and appointments are managed on Myjobdating, a multi-recruiter online platform that allows recruiters to handle offers and applications, and to perform interviews through the built-in video chat. You are also able to organise a “LIVE” job dating event, during which you can advertise about your business, the available opportunities, your recruitment methods…
Prior to a fully online job dating, participating to a face-to-face forum will allow you to meet our students on the campus, discuss with them, recruit them on the spot, or to offer them an interview through the job dating where you publish your offers. Furthermore, a stand is made available for your business on your preferred campus.
MyWay orientation days are fully dedicated to our students’ career guidance, and held online for the students in Bordeaux, Marseille et Toulon. Your role will be to advise them on their reflections and the development of their professional projects, and share about your job openings and your hiring policy. A great opportunity to promote your employment brand! We also organise the MyWay IMPAKT day, where you can inform our students about your CSR commitments.
Three times a year, we gather our partners and close businesses for a discussion about your HR challenges (recruiting young talents, employment brand, hiring tools…)
